My journey began during the quiet moments of lockdown living alone, I discovered the joy of creating elaborate cheese boards for myself, which slowly escalated week on week. What started as a simple weekend treat soon blossomed into an unexpected passion. As restrictions eased, I delighted in sharing these creations with family and friends.

Following this, I was inspired to elevate my passion into a business, catering to discerning clients for both intimate gatherings and grand celebrations. I believe that food is more than just sustenance; it's a way to connect with others and celebrate life's special moments.

As an advocate for sustainability and supporting local talent, The Artisan Cart is deeply rooted in these values. From the ethically sourced, fallen trees wood used in my boards to the delectable treats from fellow small businesses and the handcrafted aprons by independent designers, I strive to create a ripple effect of support within our community. ​At The Artisan Cart, we curate exquisite charcuterie boards using only the finest, locally sourced ingredients.
